- To fulfill all recruitment process for all positions based at Factory (i.e:Operations, Finance, IT …) including on-line and off-line hiring approaches.
- To enhanced employee engagement activities program and organize all EE activities at the factory
- The role does not end with recruitment and organizing activities, rather, this job holder ensure the ongoing organizational talent demands are met, exceeded, measured and bringing new working atmosphere to the organization.
* JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
- Be in charge of recruitment process for vacancies in Operation (Supply Chain), Finance, Information Technology, Research and Development, Human Resources all levels (from screening to on-boarding and integration)
- Manage headhunters for recruiting high level positions….
- Participates career fairs, student campus visits, Management Trainee program …
- Manage third-party agency for recruiting part-timers, short-term employees and supervise them for the process of compensation and benefit
- Build up and manage candidate database
- Manage recruitment channel online and offline
- Be in charge of Orientation and Induction program for New Hires at Factory (except Manager level).
- Elaborate and update standard job list and job description system
- Initiate Employee Engagement Program and Make it happened
- In collaboration with Trade Union to organize staff’s events at factory
- Coordinate and lead corporate activities Year-End party, Company Outing Trip, Monthly Birthday, Tet holidays ….
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- University graduates,
- Major: HR management is an advantage
- Strong communication in English both written and verbal
- Literate MS. Office
- Recruitment process; Networking

- Good knowledge of manufacturing is an advantage

- Good communication both in English and Vietnamese.

- Self-motivated, independent and proactive.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel, MS Power Point, Words).
- Customer-Oriented mindset/attitude.

- Min 2 years at same position in MNC, experience at head-hunting services is preference
